It should be noted that when comparing international guidelines for the treatment and prevention of bipolar disorder (NICE 2014, BAP 2016, CINP 2017, CANMAT and ISBD 2018), the antipsychotic drug quetiapine has the highest level of evidence. The presence of a study of the clinical bioequivalence of the drug Quetixol allows to obtain all the benefits of quetiapine in the treatment of BAS.
