Summary: The study presents the results of the effectiveness of the use of vaginal and oral forms of micronized progesterone drugs Proginorm GESTA and Proginorvo OVO in pregnancy miscarriage in women with uterine leiomyoma. Proginorm Gesta and Proginorvo OVO were administered to pregnant women at the diagnosis of hypoprogesteroneemia and an estradiol/progesterone ratio of not less than 1.5. It is shown that the appointment of Proginorm GESTA and Proginorm OVO in the early stages of pregnancy prevents the threat of abortion, and in the late - the onset of preterm birth in women with uterine leiomyoma. Combined tocolysis with β-adrenomimetics allows, on the one hand, to increase the safety of therapy by reducing the dose and duration of administration of β-adrenomimetics, and on the other – to prolong pregnancy more effectively.
